About the role

We're looking for someone to work closely with the founder across everything that comes through the founder's office: research, outreach, campaign design, operations, and the systems that hold it all together.

The work will shift week to week. One day it might be researching a stakeholder before a call, the next shaping outreach copy, the next helping design a campaign or clean up how something is being tracked. You'll learn Vidyaara's specific tools and workflows on the job. What matters more is how you think: you're AI-first by instinct, you see the system behind a task rather than just the task, and you pick things up fast without needing everything spelled out twice.

Exceptional performers will have a clear path to convert into a full-time role.

About the founder

Vidyaara is founded by Kshama Dhir, a chartered accountant with 30 years in the consulting industry, where she built and scaled Global Capability Centres (GCCs). She brings global operational experience to Vidyaara. Kshama is also a published author (Just You), certified yoga trainer, NLP practitioner, and serves on the Board of Advisors for startups across EdTech and AgriTech. Working with her offers direct mentorship from an executive operator with room to grow alongside the business.

What you'll do

  • Research. Dig into people, companies, and topics ahead of conversations or decisions. Research needs to be turned into something usable, not just a pile of links.
  • Outreach & campaigns. Help design and run outreach and campaigns, from the first message to the follow-through, with a real sense of what will land with the people being reached.
  • Operations. Keep the systems behind the work clean and current: tracking, documentation, whatever's needed to keep things from falling through the cracks.
  • AI-first execution. Use AI tools daily to move faster across all of the above: research, drafting, organising. The specific stack will be taught on the job.
  • Systems thinking. Notice when something's being done the hard way and figure out a better way to do it. This is as much about how problems are approached as what's assigned.

Who we're looking for

  • A generalist by nature: comfortable moving between research, writing, outreach, and operations without needing a narrow lane.
  • AI-first: already using AI tools in their own work, even informally, and curious to go deeper.
  • A systems thinker: naturally looks for the pattern or the better process, not just the immediate task.
  • A fast learner: doesn't need everything explained twice.
  • High accuracy and follow-through. No task is beneath them.
  • Based in or able to work hybrid from Delhi NCR.

What you'll get

  • Real, varied exposure to how a founder's office actually runs: research, outreach, campaigns, systems. Not a narrow lane.
  • Direct mentorship from the founder, with visibility into the decisions behind the business, not just the tasks.
  • High ownership, fast execution, and a genuine path to full-time if it's a fit on both sides.
  • Competitive stipend.
